Lupin Part 4 premieres on Netflix on Friday, October 23, 2026, and it streams in the United States the same day it lands everywhere else. All eight episodes go live at once, so there is no weekly rollout to wait out — a Netflix subscription is the only thing a U.S. viewer needs to watch the whole chapter.

Here is what matters for streaming it stateside: the French-language phenomenon returns to Netflix on October 23, 2026, at the platform’s usual drop time of 12:00 a.m. PT / 3:00 a.m. ET. Netflix plans in the U.S. currently run $8.99 a month for Standard with ads, $19.99 for Standard, and $26.99 for Premium, and every tier includes the new episodes at no added cost.

Where and When to Watch Lupin Part 4 in the US

Lupin is a Netflix original, which means it is exclusive to the service and releases worldwide on a single date. That day-and-date model is good news for American audiences: there is no import window, no regional delay, and no rival platform to hunt down. When the clock ticks over to October 23rd on the West Coast, the season is simply there in the U.S. Netflix library.

Netflix does not stagger a title like this across the calendar. Instead of one installment a week, the streamer drops the full eight-episode run at once — the binge model it has used for every prior chapter. Expect the episodes to appear in the early hours of the 23rd: around 12:00 a.m. Pacific, which is 3:00 a.m. Eastern.

How Many Episodes Is Lupin Part 4?

Part 4 is built from eight episodes of roughly 45 minutes each, making it the longest chapter the series has produced. For comparison, the earlier parts arrived in shorter batches, so this run gives the story more room to breathe. Because every episode unlocks on day one, the total watch time — a little over five and a half hours — is available to stream in a single weekend.

What Is Lupin About?

The show follows Assane Diop, a Parisian con artist who models his heists on the exploits of Arsène Lupin, the gentleman-thief hero created by the French novelist Maurice Leblanc in 1905. Assane’s real mission is personal: he wants to expose the powerful family he blames for framing his father decades earlier. Charming, several steps ahead of everyone around him, and impossible to pin down, he treats the city as a stage for elaborate robberies that double as acts of revenge.

Part 3, released in 2023, closed a major stretch of that quest, and the three-year gap is the longest the series has taken between chapters. Netflix has kept the plot of the new episodes tightly under wraps, though the studio has confirmed the story again unfolds across Paris, with fresh locations layered into the mix.

Who Stars in Part 4?

Omar Sy is back in the lead as Assane Diop, the role that turned the series into a global calling card for French storytelling. He is joined by returning cast members including Ludivine Sagnier, Antoine Gouy, Soufiane Guerrab, Shirine Boutella, Théo Christine, and Laïka Blanc-Francard. George Kay created the series with François Uzan, and for Part 4 both Sy and director Louis Leterrier take on co-showrunner duties.

Why Lupin Is Worth Your Queue

Since its 2021 debut, Lupin has been one of Netflix’s biggest non-English successes, topping charts in dozens of countries and introducing international audiences to a corner of French popular fiction they might never have found otherwise. If you have avoided it because it is subtitled, that is an easy fix — read on for the language options below.

Netflix marked the return with an official announcement teaser that finds Sy back on the Parisian rooftops, coat catching the wind. Watch it here before the season arrives:

Frequently Asked

Is Lupin Part 4 available in the United States? Yes. As a Netflix original, it streams in the U.S. on the same October 23, 2026 release date as the rest of the world, at no extra charge on any plan.

Can I watch Lupin in English? Netflix offers both English subtitles and an English-language dub, as it has for the previous parts, so you can watch in the original French or switch to a dubbed track.

Do I need to watch Parts 1 through 3 first? It is strongly recommended. The story is serialized and rewards knowing Assane’s history, and all three earlier chapters are already streaming on Netflix.

Is Part 4 the final season? Netflix has not said whether this is the end of the road for Assane Diop. For now, the studio has only confirmed the October 23 release — nothing about a Part 5.

What time will it be on Netflix? New Netflix titles typically post at 12:00 a.m. Pacific, or 3:00 a.m. Eastern, so most U.S. viewers will find all eight episodes waiting when they wake up on October 23rd.
